I absolutely love this LaGree studio! I’ve tried all Pilates and LaGree spots within 20 miles and this is one of the best for sure. The many instructors are amazing—they are all so knowledgeable, motivating, and always ready to help you perfect your form. It’s a smaller studio with 9 versaclimbers and 9 megaformers, so that gives you much better 1:1 attention from the instructors to really feel the burn and get the “shakes” in your muscles!! It hurts so good!! The variety of class options makes it easy to fit a great workout into any schedule, and the convenient location is the cherry on top. I've seen Pilates pros and also newbies come into the studio and get a great workout. Highly recommend MegaHiit 805 for anyone looking for a very challenging and rewarding fitness experience!!
I had one of the most challenging workouts ever! I took the HIIT Versa Climber class and had so much fun! The playlist was great, and the instructor was super pumped. The Lagree class was tough - I was sore in places I never knew I could be sore in (lol) in the best way. I will absolutely be back!!
My FAV class is the MegaHIIT 55 class! 🙌🏼 Every teacher at MegaHIIT has been amazing - and tough (which is usually hard to find at most studios). Thank you for the great classes and atmosphere! 🩵🙏🏼🙌🏼
Best workout ever! It’s hard in the best way. I’m finally firming up those parts of my body that I thought would never be strong again - after aging, kids, etc. Honestly, I feel in better shape than when I was in my 20s…it hits all of those tricky muscles. The studio is very welcoming - no snobbery or pretense - and the trainers are all lovely. The concept of this more intense Pilates is definitely daunting at first for a newcomer, but if you give yourself grace and stick with it, the rewards are amazing!
I feel like the luckiest lady alive that I found Mega HIIT 805! I have been going for the past year & have definitely found my happy place. From the moment you walk in until class ends, you feel SO supported & amazing with all the love from each & every teacher, including the owner, Megan, who also teaches! I joined this studio in April of last year and have no plans of cancelling my membership!! It is such a challenging and fun workout, with the best energy and vibe. All the teachers are fabulous, and I feel so much stronger and fit! I love that they give you the option of doing the Versa Climber - Lagree combo class or just Lagree on its own. Thank you, Mega HIIT 805, for giving me the best workout 4 days a week!!!!
I have been going to Mega HIIT 805 since the first weeks the studio opened, and Megan has made me feel welcome since day one! After the first class, I was hooked!!! The first few classes are a challenge if you aren’t used to the Lagree method, but the instructors will help you. Every class is a different routine, and it really is a full-body workout with the best playlist. I love both Mega 45 and the Versa classes. I’ve stayed consistent and can say this studio has single-handedly helped me change my body composition for the better! I never have a dull workout, and feel amazing after - and so grateful I found this community! Do yourself a favor and try a class!!
If you’re looking for a fun and motivating workout then this is it ! It’s definitely a hard workout but the instructors make it so fun and are there motivating you the entire time . I’ve been lifting weights consistently for the last 12 years , but adding mega hiit 3-4 times a week to my workout regimen has changed my body in a way that no other workout has . I finally have abs and I have mega hiit to thank for that ! I also have way more energy and I just feel better overall . Love this place !
This place is amazing! You are going to get a serious workout. The owner Meagan is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to the physiology of the body so any modifications you may specifically need she will give you the right ones. Super key to have that trust when it comes to your body! Plus the place is just a great energy, sleek and I love they have the mix versa classes instead of just lagree (Pilates) options. Not enough good things to say!
After just a few classes, I can confidently say no one does it better than Mega HIIT 805!! I’ve done a lot of Lagree over the years, but nothing holds a candle to the combo Versaclimber/Lagree class. My new love!! It’s one of the most challenging group classes I’ve ever taken, but Megan’s enthusiasm, expert programming and killer playlists make the 55 minutes (dare I say) enjoyable and oh so effective. The studio is clean and inviting. Grateful to have found my new Lagree home!
